📚✏️ Mrs. Carter’s first graders are officially AUTHORS! 🖊️✨ They’ve been hard at work writing and illustrating their very own alphabet books. Each page shows off their creativity, imagination, and growing love for reading and writing. We are so proud of these young storytellers! 👏❤️

Our students have been hard at work AND having a blast at school!
📖 Mrs. Dawson’s 2nd graders enjoyed Flashlight Friday—a fun, student-centered activity that fosters a love of reading and helps build reading stamina.
➗ Mrs. Jackson’s 5th graders turned math into a game with Jeopardy! They practiced and reviewed decimals—reading, writing, rounding, comparing, and ordering—all while working together in a high-energy challenge.
👩‍🏫 Mrs. Lasecki’s 3rd graders participated in an engaging Gallery Walk to explore community norms and expectations. Students generated their own rules, shared ideas, and held partner and class discussions while learning to collaborate and communicate respectfully.
💡 At Mary B., we believe learning should be meaningful AND fun—and our students are proving just that every day!
